After a day in climbing shoes, mountaineering boots, or ski boots, the Cirrus Hut Boots offer a soft, warm cocoon to worn out feet. Keeping you toasty to the tips of your toes, they extend up around the ankle and are perfect for use in mountain huts, draughty bothies, or just for relaxing at home on winter’s night by the fire.

The Cirrus Hut Boots are filled with PrimaLoft® Silver Insulation Luxe, a synthetic insulation made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottle chips. They have a recycled nylon lining and a breathable and weather resistant recycled Pertex® Quantum outer.

The lower edge of the boot is reinforced with tough nylon with a cushioned EVA foam footbed and a flexible, non-slip sole.

Good warm booties

Perfect for cold huts and tents/campsites. Just had a very cold tahr ballot block, boots did the job perfectly. Not heading into the hills without them now.

Hut boots

After getting the initial size wrong and then exchanging for the next size up (process was excellent thank you) I still find putting the product on is not like a pair of slippers you slip on. So I would like to set a challenge to your staff. Please get them one morning to do product orientation by a) giving their foot size b) then trying the appropriate hut boot to try on. My guess would be that no one will be able to get the boot on due to the very narrow ankle part. New Zealanders have feet like shovels not petite Chinese maidens feet. Please suggest to Rab they install a 2 inch velcro strip for ease of access. Otherwise a toasty warm boot!

Lightweight and warm

The boots pack away relatively small, and are very warm. There’s not much support around the sides, so you wouldn’t want to walk over particularly steep terrain. Strongly recommend for cold hut floors.
