Shipping Timeframe & Costs (New Zealand)

We aim for a target delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days for non rural addresses. Shipping to rural addresses will add approximately 1-2 business days to this. If your order is urgent, please contact us via Email with the item(s) you're after, the delivery address and the required timeframe. Our team will contact you to confirm our best options.

All orders over $150.00 qualify for free shipping (excluding tents & Large items)

Standard shipping - (Under $150.00) - $10

Bulky Items - Product specific surcharges

Shipping Costs (Australia)

We aim for a delivery target of 3-6 Days for Australia, shipped via Fedex.

Orders over $200 to Australia ship freight free* - Excludes Heavy or Bulky items which have product specific freight rates at checkout.

Orders between 0-$150 to Australia ship for $10* - Excludes Heavy or Bulky items which have product specific freight rates at checkout.

Process your order

After confirmation of your order, we aim to dispatch it the next working day (Monday to Friday).
We aim to process and dispatch your order as fast as possible. In some cases, like during peak season and holiday periods, it may take longer. Shipping and processing times are a guide only, not a guarantee. Peak periods can slow down our freight partners.

If your order is particularly urgent please drop us a note to online@dwights.co.nz and our team will do its best to prioritise your order.

All of our orders are sent via courier, if your order requires a signature upon delivery please let us know. This may take additional time and if there is no one at the specified address at time of delivery, a call card will be left.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees. Please note that deliveries to Outer Islands (Chatham, Waiheke, Kawau, etc) and isolated areas where the freight company surcharge is excessive may incur additional charges.
