Socks of choice

Having tried several different styles of hiking socks, I need a pair for my half marathon.

Choose these, couldn’t bee happier. Performance was A+, no blisters.

Walking Camino next year, will be only taking these socks

I recently compelted Tarawera 102km (Feb 2026 - a very wet event!) and exclusively used Wrightsocks. During the race, I changed socks several times. Despite the wet condions I only developed a couple of small blisters (normally in these conditions my feet would be a mass of blisters even with sock changes).

I used Wrightsocks for all my long training runs (up to 55km) and in dry conditions I did not get any blisters.

Very effective at reducing risks of blistering.
