The Peak XV Zephyr Down Jacket is built for the moments when the temperature drops but you still need to move freely. Light enough to live in your pack, warm enough to rely on at a hut stop, windy saddle, campsite or cold morning start, it is the ideal insulation layer for New Zealand conditions.
Filled with 800 fill power hydrophobic down, the Zephyr delivers excellent warmth for its weight without feeling bulky. It packs into the included stuff bag, making it easy to carry on tramps, day walks, travel days and shoulder-season adventures.
The women’s-specific fit is shaped for active use, with a trim torso and articulated feel through the arms so it layers comfortably under a rain shell. Elasticated cuffs help seal in warmth, while the soft brim hood adds extra protection when the wind picks up.
The lightweight ripstop outer has a DWR water-resistant coating to help shed light moisture and mist, giving you extra protection before you need a full waterproof shell.
