I bought the walking poles to help with my knee replacement recovery, they have been great not only out on the pavements, I have also been using them indoors, they have really helped with balance and general confidence, as my recovery progresses I am going to use the poles for Nordic walking and general fitness, I highly recommend these poles.

Light, easy to pack and comes with storage bag. The grips are good for sweaty hands and the rubber tips and basket are tough

Sturdy but light weight. Comes in a great bag with lots of accessories- recommended for short to medium hikes

Just used my new poles in taking the Tahuanui track up Mt Pirongia and back.

Poles were/are great. Adjustment is fast easy and remains secure, ,comfortable grips and a great price.

Very good in all respects.
