The Nitecore NB10000 GEN 4 is an ultra-lightweight, compact power bank designed with trail running and fast-paced outdoor use in mind, while still being perfectly suited to travel, commuting, and everyday backup power. Despite its slim profile, it delivers a generous 10,000 mAh capacity, making it a reliable companion when staying connected matters.
The GEN 4 introduces a new 9 V high-voltage platform, improving power conversion efficiency, reducing heat build-up, and allowing faster, more stable charging compared to the previous generation. Energy density has also been increased, delivering more usable power while keeping weight down to just 143 g, making it one of the lightest power banks in its class.
Its unibody shell is constructed from carbon fibre reinforced polymer with integrated magnesium alloy heat sinks, offering excellent strength, impact resistance, and thermal performance at a significantly lower weight than traditional aluminium designs. Built-in safety protections guard against overcurrent, overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, overvoltage, and overheating.
The NB10000 GEN 4 features two USB-C ports. One port functions as input and output, while the second is output only. Each port can deliver up to 22.5 W output when used individually. When charging two devices simultaneously, the total combined output is limited to 15 W, ensuring safe and efficient power distribution. The USB-C input supports fast recharging of the power bank itself, reducing downtime between uses.
A low-current charging mode makes the NB10000 GEN 4 suitable for smaller devices such as smartwatches, wireless earbuds, and fitness trackers. The mode button also activates the four integrated LED indicators, clearly displaying remaining battery power or charging status at a glance.
New for GEN 4 is the USB-C lanyard cable, with the charging lead neatly integrated into the lanyard itself, ensuring a cable is always close at hand without adding bulk to your pack.
