  • One-time adjustment: Unzip the back zipper to release and secure the strap to adjust the circumference of the pillow to your preferred fit. The Evolution X pillow fits a neck circumference 11 in - 21 in (28 cm - 53 cm).
  • It is the ONLY pillow that fits to you rather than you having to fit it. Shift top or bottom pillow lobes to dynamically adjust to your preferred height.
  • Pull the cord and ball lock through the closure ring, then press the button and slide to adjust.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused with original packaging and labels. Refunds may incur a handling fee; exchanges and store credit avoid it. Return postage is at your cost; conditions apply.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For in-stock, standard parcels, standard AU shipping targets 4–6 business days after dispatch and FedEx targets 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are targets, not guarantees. Remote and bulky deliveries can take longer. Preorders, public holidays and carrier delays may affect timing. Contact us if you need an item by a specific date.

Standard AU shipping is $10, or free on eligible orders over $250, excluding heavy or bulky items. FedEx is $25. Product-specific freight charges apply to heavy or bulky items with either service, and remote-area surcharges may apply. Available services and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.
