As a starting point, set the grip so your elbow is comfortably near a right angle when the pole tip rests on the ground.

Shorten for climbs

A shorter setting can help keep your hands at a comfortable height as the ground rises ahead of you.

Lengthen for descents

A slightly longer setting can help you reach the track below. Stay within the marked adjustment limits and check the locks before use.

Is the price for a pair?

Yes. You receive two Cork & Carbon Pro poles, two standard rubber tips, two Nordic walking tips, two mud baskets, two snow baskets and one carry bag.

How much do they weigh?

Each pole weighs 195 g, or 390 g for the pair. The shafts are made from 100% carbon fibre.

Why choose cork grips?

Cork absorbs moisture and offers a comfortable, natural-feeling grip. The adjustable wrist straps help you keep the poles close at hand.

How do I adjust the length?

Open the Cam-Lock levers, slide the shaft sections to the desired length within the 63–135 cm range, then close the levers. Check that each section is secure before walking and stay within the marked limits.

Which tips and baskets are included?

Standard rubber tips, Nordic walking tips, mud baskets and snow baskets are included. The poles also have tungsten carbide tips. Choose your attachments to suit the surface and conditions.

Are these the Antishock or folding Traveller poles?

These are the Carbon Pro poles. They adjust telescopically with Cam-Lock levers. The spring-loaded Antishock poles and folding Traveller poles are separate models.

Very well made trekking poles

I’ve used the poles on just one day-hiking and I’m impressed with them. The grips are comfortable and well shaped for various grip positions. The locking mechanisms are precise and better than those of other trekking poles I’ve owned. The pole tip accessories and carry bag for the poles are well designed and are of good quality too. I’m very happy with the poles and am hopeful they will stand the test of time.

Great Item at a good price

The Hiking poles are fit for purpose, a big help for blood circulation, no more numb fingers. Loose scree slopes and greasy footholds are a lot easier now, with the ability to maintain a degree of stability. Highly recommended product.
