Need a different size, colour or product? No problem.

Return within 30 days

Start your return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, intact and in as-new condition, with all labels attached and the original packaging clean and unmarked so the product can be resold as new.

Pack it carefully

Do not attach courier labels directly to the product's original packaging. Place the product inside an outer carton or courier satchel. Returns with marked packaging or damage caused in transit may not be accepted.

Send it with tracking

Please use a tracked service and keep the tracking details until your return is complete. The return remains your responsibility while it is in transit. We aim to process accepted returns within three working days of receiving them.

Free returns for all New Zealand orders

Every order placed on dwights.co.nz can be returned without a handling or restocking fee. This applies to refunds, exchanges, store credit and gift cards. We also do not charge a handling fee on cancelled orders.

Refunds and delivery costs

Original delivery charges are not refundable. If your order received free freight, the original outbound delivery cost may be deducted from your refund. The cost of sending a change-of-mind return to Dwights remains your responsibility.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
